Hi, I'm Rachel - I Work with Adults & Children

Supporting Adults

I work with adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed or stuck in painful relationship patterns.

You might find yourself overthinking, doubting yourself, struggling with boundaries, or feeling like the same issues keep showing up in your relationships. Sometimes people come to therapy feeling low, insecure, or exhausted by how much their past still seems to affect their present, even if they can’t fully make sense of why.

I offer a warm and welcome space to explore what’s going on underneath these patterns, so you can understand yourself more clearly, build healthier boundaries, and feel more secure in yourself and your relationships.

I also support anyone experiencing bereavement, anxiety, depression and significant life transitions.

For information on therapy with children, take a look on the tab 'Children & Young People'.

I work with clients in and around Aldridge, Walsall Wood, Walsall, Brownhills, Lichfield & Sutton Coldfield.

How Therapy Can Help

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” — Carl Rogers

Therapy is a collaborative journey with your counsellor working  toward:

  • Finding new tools for coping
